The term Giclee technically refers to any print which is made by spraying ink on paper. Thus anything that comes
from an ink jet printer is technically a Giclee pruint. However, these days the term Giclee is being used to refer to
a high quality archival level ink jet print, printed by a high quality printer of a certain rating. These kind of prints
are ususally produced by a professional printer.
On this site I use the term Giclee to refer to those prints being produced at a professional printers as 'Giclee' qualit
prints, however the other prints (designated as just 'prints' are produced using high qualit archival inks and papers.
